  ( is an elementary school program designed to support low-income students by linking them with the community services they need to overcome out-of-school barriers to attendance and learning.

Evaluation has shown significant effects on state standardized test scores through 10th grade and on high school dropout rates. Based at Boston College, the program began in Boston but has since been replicated in New York City and Dayton, Ohio. Their website includes a short video, brief flier, partner and funder lists, several graphs of academic accomplishments, links to a substantial evaluative literature, and e-mail addresses for inquiries.
